1.Operation Insaaniyat to assist Bangladesh. 

India is sending humanitarian assistance to Bangladesh on account of influx of Rohingya refugees.  India will be sending basic relief material consists of daily requirements like rice, pulses, sugar, salt, cooking oil, ready to eat meals,etc. 

2.Latest finding revealed that use of 0 is 500 years earlier than thought. 

Latest finding revealed that the usage of Zero is 500 years earlier than thought. In recent research the number was found in the ancient Indian text known as Bakhshali manuscript, a collection of 70 birch bark leaves filled with mathematics in the Sanskrit text. 

3.Much awaited Bullet Train project has been launched. 

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Japanese Counterpart Shinzo Abe laid the foundation stone for a high-speed rail link also known as bullet train between Ahmadabad and Mumbai.

Bullet train has capacity of running at 320 km per hour and helps to reduce the travel time. 

4.Olympics- Paris to host 2024 and loss Angeles for 2028..

International Olympic committee has announced that Paris will host the 2024 summer Olympics and Loss Angeles will host the 2028 Olympics.
