1.India is likely to join the quantum computing race

Department of Science and Technology is likely to fund  a project to develop Quantum Computers. The Physics department at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Harish Chandra Research Institute , Allahabad as already pushed the theoretical aspects of Quantum computing, but now department of Science and Technology has come forward to fund to develop quantum Computers.

2.NITI Aayog and IRF Geneva signs Statement of Intent.

The National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog) and the International Road Federation Geneva (IRF) has signed a statement of Intent on cooperation in the field of intelligent transportation system (ITS)

Coopertion signed between are Traffic management, parking management, Electronic Enforcement of Traffic rules and regulations, Fleet management and monitoring , innovation in the field of of intelligent transportation system (ITS) and education in the field of intelligent transportation system (ITS)

3.Indian Railways Commissioned second  Vistadome Coach 

India Railways has commissioned the 2^nd Vistadome Coach on the Jan Shatabdi Express which running on the Mumbai-Goa Route to provide a panoramic view of  western Ghats. It was funded by the Ministry of Trourism.

4.First Scorpene submarine delivered to Indian Navy. 

INS Kalvari, the first of the six Scorpene class Submarines has been handed over to the Indian Navy by Mazagon Dock Limited, Mumbai.
