rating agency Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded India’s sovereign Credit
Rating from Baa3 to Baa2.
2.Government introduces
Daily Drug Regimen for Tuberculosis treatment.
Under the Revised National TB
Control Programme (RNTCP), Ministry of Health and Family welfare has launched the daily drug
regimen for tuberculosis treatment all over the country for TB patients.
Currently ministry is providing thrice
weekly regimen for Tuberculosis treatment and now decided to provide daily with
Fixed Dose combination to TB patients.

Quami Ekta also known as National
Integration week to be observed from November 19 -25 across the country with
aim to foster and reinforce the spirit of Communal Harmony, National

the cost of Rs 970 Crore.

Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) to be held at Hyderabad.
The 8th Global
Entrepreneurship Summit is being co-hosted by United States and India to be
held November 28 to 30 at Hyderabad.
6.World Toilet day – November 19
World Toilet Day is observed on
November 19 to raise awareness on sanitation crisis. This year World Toilet day
observed with the theme of focus on wastewater.

Development for 2017

Arudpragasam wins DSC Prize.
Anuk
Arudpragasam of Srilanka wins the 2017 DSC prize for South Asian literature for
his novel “The Story of a Brief Marriage” at the Dhaka lit Fest in Bangladesh
9.Manushi Chhillar crowned Miss world 2017
India’s Manushi Chhillar has crowned Miss World 2017 held in China. Previously for India Priyanka chopra has won Miss title in 2000.
