Researchers
of Physical Research Laboratory , Ahmedabad , have interpreting the condition
on which solar winds flow towards the Earth and affect its atmosphere. Such
storms can affect the satellite placed by humans in space.
Researchers
found that Corotating Interaction region (CIR) that come at an angle 6 or less
degree to the lagrange point or L1 point which will affect the Earth and the
CIR which come at an angle 6 or more degree will not reach the Earth.
Corotating
Interaction regions is an transition zone between slow and fast moving
solar wind streams.
L1 or Lagrange point 1 is approximately one million
miles from the Earth and it is a neutral Gravity point between Earth and Sun
