1.Mission Antyodaya to rank 50 ,000 gram panchayats 

Central Government has completed ranking 50,000 gram panchayats under Mission Antyodaya on parameters of physical infrastructure, human development and economic activities with the aim to make 50,000 gram panchayats poverty free by 2019.

2.MDWS  launched project ‘Ganga Gram’

The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS) has launched project ‘Ganga Gram’ which is sanitation based development project for the villages along the River Ganga.

3.5100 school children form largest human lung set a World Record. 

In New Delhi, 5100 School children forms largest human lung which was recognised as Guinness world Record. The event was organised by lung care foundation to create awareness of ill-effect of air pollution.

4.Chellapandian Arvindh pandian reappointed as AAG of Tamil Nadu. 

P H Arvindh Pandian and Chellapandian has re-appointed as Additional Advocate-General of Tamil Nadu.

5.Pamkaj advani andAmee kamani winner of seventh national 6-Red snooker tournament.

 Pankaj Advani and Amee Kamani has won the seventh National 6- Red Snooker Tournament held in Chennai.
