disqualification of 20 AAM AADMI Party MLA’s recommended by Election commission
for Holding Office of Profit.

Constitution regarding Disqualification.
Article 191 – Member of State
Legislature can be disqualified
- If MLA holding office of profit
- If MLA is Unsound mind
- If MLA is Insolvent
- If MLA is Not a citizen
- If MLA is Disqualified under law
Article 102 – Disqualification of
Member of either house of Parliament.
- If MP holding office of profit
- If MP is Unsound mind c.
- If MP is Insolvent
- If MP is Not a citizen
- If MP is Disqualified under law
Also as per Tenth Schedule of Indian
Constitution – Disqualification of both MP and MLA’s on Grounds of Defection.
