1.Tamil Nadu Chittirai awards 2017 

• Tamil Thai Award 2017 has given to Bengaluru Tamil Sangam
• Kabilar award for 2017 given to K V Balasubramanian.
• S Krishnamoorthy bagged U Ve Sa award for 2017.
• K Rajeswari bagged G U Pope award for 2017. 

2.Indian Accounting Standard. 

• Reserve Bank of India has differed in implementation of Indian Accounting Standard by one Year.
• The reason for it is many bank are not prepared to migrate to new Indian Accounting Standard.

 3.Fiat digital currency. 

• Reserve Bank of India has constituted the inter-departmental group to study the feasibility to introduce digital Currency –Fiat Currency.
• The main objective is to discourage the use of digital currency like Bitcoins. 

4.Chakravat HADR Exercise 

Indian Navy  in coordination with Kerala Government has conducted humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR) exercise 'Chakravath,' .
